Q: What type of memberships does this site have?

A: Well we have have just the one type of membership and that is a customer/affiliate.              

Q: How does the membership work?

A: To either make a purchase or become an affiliate then fill in the "Register Free" Form.

     Then click the link in the confirmation email (These emails are sent out automatically so please check your bulk/spam folders if you don't see it).

       Once Registered and your email has been confirmed you will then be able to make purchases or invite other people to register with us.

Q: How does the affiliate part work?

Q: Is there any fees to be a customer/affiliate?

A: There are no registration fees to be a customer or benefit from our affiliate program.

     There are no monthly or yearly fees to be an affiliate.

     There is no monthly or yearly spend requirements to earn from the affiliate section.

     There is no autoship orders and you do not have to spend a single penny personally to benefit from our affiliate program.

      All commissions come purely from the sale of the items listed.
 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We currently accept Paypal. Bank cards are also accepted through the Paypal Processor. 

 

Q: What methods do you pay commissions by?

A: We payout by Paypal.

Q: What about postage costs?

A: Unless otherwise stated postage costs are included in the listed price.

Q: How long do you take to deliver the items?

A: We aim to deliver most of our items in 2 to 7 days. If the item is coming from a supplier where the delivery times may be longer than we will mention this in the product description.

Q: Is VAT added on top of the items listed price at checkout?

A: Our listed prices are inclusive of any neccessary VAT charges. We like to as much as possible list our product prices inclusive of all extra costs such as VAT and postage so you dont get surprised at the checkout by the added amounts.

Q: Not all my items arrived in the one delivery where are my missing items?

A: Please wait for a couple of days before contacting us as not all items come from the same supply chain and may arrive in separate packages.

 

Q: At the end of the product description I see something like ( 10 x £1.00) what does this mean?

A: Commissions are paid to our members/affiliates for any sales generated in their network of users and this refers to what commissions are allocated to that particular product, 10 x £1.00 means that each person in that 10 level network would be credited with £1.00 commission.

 

Q: Is my personal information protected with your company?

A: Any personal information that you provide to any of our businesses are privacy protected. Your information will never be shared or sold to anyone.
We are also registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. 

Q: Can I have more than one membership?

A: NO, there is no reason to have multiple memberships.

 

Q: What countries is TheMLMClub Membership open to?

A: We are open to UK members ONLY.  (Although UK Residents from Northern Ireland can register and work the affiliate program, we are not yet ready to post items to Northern Ireland so they are unable to purchase from the shop. We hope to change this in the near future).

 

Q: Do you have a refund policy?

A: We have a 14 day refund period to inform us you wish to return the item for any reason for any physical product.

     The customer is responsible for paying any return postage and making sure it reaches us safely if its a change or mind return.

If it's a return due to the item being faulty or broken then we the company will cover the return postage costs.

 

     Please make sure it is in the original condition when returning it to us, for example any packaging is returned in the best  condition possible, any items such as rough loose gems have not been worked on or altered in any way.

     Any digital products such as ebooks do not have refunds as access to them is immediate unless the download is corrupted or faulty in anyway.

     In all refund requests please contact support at the earliest opportunity to discuss the process in more details.

 

Q: Do we need to pay tax on the income we generate from TheMLMClub?

A: We pay corporation tax on our income as we are a fully registered company in the UK.  You must declare your income to your tax office. You are responsible for your own personal income tax declarations.

 

Q:  Is the business/membership willable?

A : Yes you can transfer membership in a will upon the passing of a member.
